THE STORY
There are many beautiful areas in Krysuvik and they are ever changing in the weather and light. I was actually on my way out of the area when I saw the low warm sun hitting Vatnshlíðarhorn. The colours were so stunning that  I slammed on the brakes (joking) but I did pull over and paint some colour notes which I then used to create this painting back in the studio.
